Mr. Valdés is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity transactions, and the legal structuring of complex real estate projects. He also advises on civil and commercial contracts, estate planning, and general corporate and commercial law, representing both domestic and foreign companies and investors.
Notably, with over 10 years of experience as a Trust Officer at various financial institutions, his practice is highly specialized in the development and implementation of trusts, from formation through termination—whether as investment vehicles or for asset protection. His experience includes asset management trusts, real estate development trusts, voting and control trusts, guarantee trusts, payment source trusts, passive income trusts, and restricted zone trusts.
Mr. Valdés earned his Law Degree from Universidad de Monterrey in 2005 and completed his Master’s in Business Law at the same university in 2008. He joined Integra Legal in 2015. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English.
