Over the past five years, Jaime Millán Félix has served as a surety bond agent for various business groups, while also acting as a trusted advisor in the administrative management of companies—particularly in the organization and control of accounting and financial information. This role is supported by his extensive experience of more than 45 years in professional practice as a Certified Public Accountant and Business Administrator.
Jaime began his career at a firm specializing in administrative and tax audits for commercial and industrial companies. He later worked for 10 years at the corporate offices of a major banking institution, where he was responsible for planning, budgeting, and the creation of the bank’s expense and credit control departments.
The majority of his career was spent as Chief Financial Officer and Legal Representative for a corporate group involved in construction, mining, and livestock industries. He also actively participated in board meetings and led the organization of legal and asset documentation for the formation of trusts on behalf of the group’s main stakeholders.
Notably, he has deep expertise in advising construction companies on administrative controls, budget planning and oversight, cost and expense management, and financial reporting.
